Our
on-site leaders and the donations of churches and individuals from abroad are
bringing in a great harvest. We need the unity of us all, His Church, to
accomplish our Lord’s command to reach the world. Thank you for your active love
and faith. Thank you for sacrificing with us.

“In a
London newspaper in the early part of the 20th century it said, “Men
wanted for hazardous journey.
Small wages, bitter cold, long months of complete darkness, constant danger.
Safe return doubtful.” The add was placed by Sir Ernest Shackleton, who was
looking for men to go to the South Pole. He received an overwhelming response.”*
Jesus has invited us to join Him in a hazardous journey. He promises small
wages, constant danger, and to send us into complete darkness to bring His
light. Safe return doubtful. Sir Ernest Shackleton sought men for temporal
glory and received an overwhelming response. Our Lord seeks to send His Church
for His eternal Glory. You are invited.

“Jesus
sent out with the following instructions… “Do not get any gold or silver or
copper to take with you in your belts — no bag for the journey or extra shirt
or sandals or a staff… “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. you will…be
flogged… When they arrest you, do not worry.”
Matt 10:5-19.  “For this is what the Lord has
commanded us: “I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may
bring salvation to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 13:47. “You are the light of
the world… In the same way, let your light shine before others.”
Matt 5:14-16

Below is
an interview with Victoria Toteh. She is illiterate, single, has 5 children, is
unemployed and lives in extreme poverty. Yet, she will be without excuse when
she stands before our Lord in judgement. At her judgement, I believe He will
say, “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few
things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s
happiness!’ Matthew 25:21.

Victoria’s English may be a
little hard to understand but I believe you will understand most of it. This
video is a little longer than others I send. It is 8 ¾ minutes long. I know
people are busy and don’t want long videos, so I painfully chopped out much of her
story.

We
received a donation of 200 prosthetic hands from the LN4 Foundation. They have
donated to us before. During West African civil wars, the rebels commit
atrocities to humanity that cause me to cringe. Their common terrorist brutality
was to cut off hands and arms of innocent surviving residents after massacring a
village. Those who were dismembered would then run to the next village seeking
help and telling them to run that the rebels were coming. Today there are
hundreds that have survived with appendages removed. No organization, that I
know of, is doing anything to assist them. Wordsower Africa is responding with
the love of Christ. As we assist and share the saving gospel of our Lord. The 2
½ minute video and pictures below are a testimony of love.

Testimonies
from our bases

The
testimonies below come from our indigenous missionary bases. These bases are
strategically located in the midst of resistant, unreached tribes. In the
regions of our bases are towns that have never had churches. In the midst of
these strongholds, we are seeing salvations. We then baptize, disciple and
start churches.

From Field leaders on
our main Zwedru base, Liberia:

“I am praying for Grand
Kru county. Praying for intensive discipleship and trainings. We are committed
to get to the bottom of the county. No stopping until we get to the entire
county, we are the powerful field leaders of Wordsower Africa.”

From our indigenous
missionary team in Sierra Leone:

“Tonight 26 people were baptized
in a churchless community. Thank you, Jesus, for your direction and guidance
upon us. Always send us Lord, we are available, we are your servants and
soldiers.”

“Thanks, and
appreciation to the family of Wordsower for the church building.” Sent from the
Makondeh village church.

“At the conclusion of a
town hall meeting with the elders and community, of a churchless town, called
Malai, they agreed to provide two plots of land to be used for church purposes free
of charge. Glory be to God! We are moving, the gospel is advancing.”

From our indigenous
missionary team in Grand Capemont County, Liberia:

We had decided to erect
a new roof for a house church that had outgrown their house (we do the roof
they do the walls and floor). That same hour I received a messenger text from a
woman that had never donated before. She said she wanted to make a donation to
build a church. It was confirmed, by our Lord, that she knew the voice of God
and was an obedient servant. It was also confirmed that our Lord supported our
decision to put up a church roof.

“Brother Musa Kiazolu was
wounded during the war. Rebels cut off his hand. He’s been in this situation
since the nineties during Taylor’s war, over 30 years ago. Musa has been hoping
and praying for such an opportunity like this. He now has the use of his arm.”

“Our level 3 training
ended yesterday. Three Muslims attended the training and one was baptized from Kankar
Town. The story of this lady is very sorrowful. She called me last night crying
on the phone telling me that the entire town was against her, swearing and
abusing her the whole of last night. This is the same lady that became
Christian earlier. Her husband abandoned her with five children. We have been assisting
her. We need your prayers and support so the family will reconsider their
actions and let her be! God bless you all.”

Thank you! Every
donation is important. The work is accomplished by the unity of us all. You are
giving unto the Lord. Whether it is large or small that isn’t what is
important. But to give as our Lord leads, as He compels each of us. That is
what is important.

Participate
with us in praise and prayer:

  • Praise: We
received and have started fitting prosthetic hands
  • Pray: For
increased donations so that we may continue to advance into the strongholds of
    Satan
  • Pray: For
our indigenous missionary teams, that they will continue to fearlessly, boldly
and sacrificially advance the gospel into the unreached tribes.
  • Pray: As
we prepare to create and send another indigenous missionary team to the Muslim
    unreached tribes of Sierra Leone.
  • Pray: For
us we march into and live within the strongholds of Satan to, “snatch others
from the fire and save them.”
    Jude 1:23.
  • Pray: “Finally, our
friends, pray for us that the Lord’s message may continue to spread rapidly and
be received with honor, just as it was among you. Pray also that God will
rescue us from wicked and evil people; for not everyone believes the message.”

    2 Thessalonians 3:1-2.
