Our on-site leaders and the donations of churches and individuals from abroad are bringing in a great harvest. We need the unity of us all, His Church, to accomplish our Lord’s command to reach the world. Thank you for your active love and faith. Thank you for sacrificing with us. I’m so overjoyed with what is happening here in West Africa, and have so much to write about! The problem is that if I write much than, few will read it at all, others with quickly skim it and only a handful will truly read it. So painfully I reduce the length of the reports.
A Message from His Word
“My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. Thus, the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.” Jn 4:34-38. We, here, are experiencing a great harvest! The verse says, “one sows and another reaps.” There cannot be a reaping without a sowing. Your sowing allows us to reap. Our team here goes through a great suffering and sacrifice, on site, because of what you have sown. It says, “Others have done the hard work and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.” We are His Church. Our unity is required, and in our unity, we will all share in the reward. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 3:8, “There is no difference between the one who plants and the one who waters; God will reward each one according to the work each has done.” 1 Corinthians 3:8.
Praising God for His Provision
We received two designated donations for February. Money was designated for, much needed, motorbikes and another for school fee assistance. We were able to buy 7 new motorbikes and assisted 51 persons with school fees. From these donations more bikes and more assistance with school fees will be used next month. The bikes are the “horses” of our calvary. Also, we have a multitude of field leaders in 4 countries who are true “living sacrifices.” School fees will be given to them, and others, so their children will not be put out of school.
Testimonies from our bases
The testimonies below come from our indigenous missionary bases. These bases are strategically located in the midst of resistant, unreached tribes. In the regions of our bases are towns and villages that have never had churches. Within these Satanic strongholds, we are seeing salvations. We then baptize, disciple, and start churches. These are only a few of many testimonies we receive every month.
From our indigenous missionary team in Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia
The town of Falie is the county stronghold of the Animistic people in Grand Cape Mount County. It houses the county’s alter. Six times churches have tried to start in the town and have failed. The Animistic regional leader is called the Devil. He says a church will never survive in this town. The town belongs to their society and no church can exist here! Wordsower Africa has heard this many times over the years. Never have we entered an Animistic stronghold, with the power of the Holy Spirit, and not been able to crumble the stronghold and start a church.
From our indigenous missionary team in Sierra Leone:
(This was reported last month. But the saga continues)
“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have Never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” Thousands of souls are perishing and following, societies, cultures and deep traditional beliefs.
From our indigenous missionary team in Guinea:
“This is our first house church. Members contributed planks for the roof. Wordsower has provided nails and will purchase metal for the roof. It is a Muslim dominated community. There are no churches in this region. The members were glad to contribute the roof planks to make sure their tent would be raised.”
From our indigenous missionary team in Ivory Coast:
“A new group of disciples has started an independent church and are growing. Nine of them came for our level 4 class… And yet another group of disciples has formed a church, which Emmanuel Tooua works with… We baptized 12 persons in this new church… A Muslim leader, of 14 years, converted to Christ Jesus. He is now a Wordsower trainee. He taught, in our level 4 class on, “How to reach Muslims”. He has become a missionary to the Muslims.”
From one of our field leaders in Liberia:
“I will be traveling to Radio Village tomorrow for two days training. Remember me in prayer. It’s a long walk and we have to cross of river. We will be in the remotest part of Rivercess County.”
Participate with us in praise and prayer:
- Pray: I just returned from being with our indigenous missionary team in Northern Guinea. Radical jihadist Muslims have entered and are now laying a foundation for the annihilation of Christianity in Northern Guinea
- Pray: For increased donations so that we may continue to advance into unreached tribes.
- Pray: For our indigenous missionary teams, that they will continue to fearlessly, boldly and sacrificially advance the gospel.
- Pray: As we prepare to create and send another indigenous missionary team to the Muslim unreached tribes of Sierra Leone.
- Pray: For us we march into and live within the strongholds of Satan to, “snatch others from the fire and save them.” Jude 1:23.
- Pray: “Finally, our friends, pray for us that the Lord’s message may continue to spread rapidly and be received with honor, just as it was among you. Pray also that God will rescue us from wicked and evil people; for not everyone believes the message.” 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2.
Donations:
100% of all donations go to the mission. None is used for administration. Tax-deductible receipts
will be sent each January.
